Each of our products is made to order. Due to the customized nature of our products, we have a strict refund and return policy.

Return and Refunds

We do not allow returns or refunds unless the following conditions are met:

  • The request for a return or refund must be made within 7 days of the purchase date.
  • The request must be sent before the product is shipped. If the product has already been shipped, we cannot offer a return or refund.
